EVAROC® 70-038 and EVAROC® 70-040

EVAROC® flat roof insulation boards made from high-quality rock wool offer effective thermal insulation as well as preventive fire protection for unventilated flat roofs. The two-layer structure with a compressed top layer ensures good compressive strength and durability – ideal for heavy mechanical loads.

Areas of application:

• Flat and gently sloping roofs, e.g., industrial buildings or green roofs

• Suitable for all standard building substrates, e.g., trapezoidal sheet metal

• For new construction and renovation

Durable, safe, and efficient—the optimal insulation for modern flat roof systems.

EVAROC® G 70-040

EVAROC® G – Stone wool insulation boards with a 2% slope for flat roofs

EVAROC® G are non-combustible, hydrophobic stone wool insulation boards with an integrated standard slope of 2%. They create a slope and thus provide the conditions for efficient drainage of flat roofs.

The monodense structure and interrupted fiber arrangement not only give the boards high compressive strength and dimensional stability, they also ensure excellent thermal insulation – ideal for use in industrial and building construction.

Areas of application:
• Flat roofs with a low slope
• New construction and renovation in industrial and building construction
• Direct integration into flat roof insulation systems

Features and advantages:
• 2% integrated slope for efficient water drainage
• Non-combustible (A1)
• High compressive strength and dimensional stability
• Vapor permeable
• Uniform density
• Certified according to RAL and EUCEB, CE marked (EN 13162)
• Available in thicknesses from 40-120 mm

Why use rock wool insulation boards for flat roofs?

For decades, rock wool has been regarded as a high-quality, durable, and sustainable insulation material with excellent fire protection properties (A1). Its good price-performance ratio and quick and easy installation are further arguments in favor of using rock wool. Additional advantages include good thermal insulation and resistance to decay, pests, and fungal attack.

Designed for preventive fire protection

EVAROC® rock wool is non-combustible in accordance with Euroclass A1.

EVAROC® actively contributes to preventive fire protection, as the flat roof insulation board made of rock wool is non-combustible in accordance with Euroclass A1 according to DIN EN 13501-1. EVAROC® therefore meets the requirements of numerous guidelines and regulations for industrial construction, high-rise buildings, assembly halls, and retail outlets.
