1. Teilnahmebedingungen

• Berechtigt zur Teilnahme sind alle volljährigen Personen mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland.
• Die Teilnahme ist ausschließlich im Zeitraum möglich, in dem die Story auf Instagram online ist.
• Die Auslosung erfolgt innerhalb von fünf Werktagen im Anschluss. Die Gewinner werden per Direktnachricht oder per Email kontaktiert.
• Mitarbeitende der alwitra GmbH bzw. der Kingspan Group sind von der Verlosung ausgeschlossen.
• Wir übernehmen keine Haftung bei Beschädigung/Verlust auf dem Postweg.
• Eine Barauszahlung oder ein Umtausch des Gewinnes ist nicht möglich.
• Das Gewinnspiel kann zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorankündigung und ohne Angabe von Gründen beendet werden.
• Diese Promotion steht nicht in Verbindung mit Instagram oder Facebook und wird in keiner Weise von Instagram oder Facebook gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert.
• Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

• Es gelten die alwitra Datenschutzbestimmungen, einsehbar unter: Datenschutz
• Alle personenbezogenen Daten, die erhoben/genutzt/verarbeitet werden, dienen ausschließlich der Durchführung des Gewinnspiels.
• Umfang und Zweck der Datenverarbeitung

Nehmen Sie am Gewinnspiel teil, verarbeiten wir diese Daten:

      • Abgegebener Facebook/Instagram-Kommentar (Text und Bild bzw. Video)

Wir verarbeiten die personenbezogenen Daten der Teilnehmer zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels, u.a. um festzustellen, ob Sie teilnahmeberechtigt sind sowie zur Ermittlung und Benachrichtigung der Gewinner. Stellen Sie uns die genannten Daten nicht zur Verfügung ist eine Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel bzw. eine Kontaktaufnahme bzgl. einer Gewinnmitteilung nicht möglich. Sollten Sie im Rahmen der Verlosung gewonnen haben, werden wir Ihnen eine Nachricht über Facebook/Instagram bzw. per Email zukommen lassen, mit der Bitte, sich bei uns zu melden. Folgende Daten müssen wir verarbeiten, um Ihnen den Gewinn zukommen zu lassen:

• Rechtsgrundlage der Datenverarbeitung

Die Datenverarbeitung dient ausschließlich dem Zweck der Durchführung des Gewinnspiels. Die Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten zur Erfüllung dieses
Schuldverhältnisses ist somit Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) der EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO).

• Die Daten werden jederzeit vertraulich behandelt und spätestens 14 Tage nach Ende des "Adventsgewinnspiel" unwiderruflich gelöscht.
• Durch die Teilnahme willigt der/die Teilnehmer/in ein, dass sein/ihr Profilname im Gewinnfall auf unseren Social Media Profilen veröffentlicht werden darf.
• Der Nutzung und Veröffentlichung kann jederzeit widersprochen werden. Dazu reicht eine Nachricht an widerspruch@alwitra.de. Im Widerspruchsfall endet die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel.

All persons of legal age who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.

Participation is only possible during the period in which the story is online on Instagram.

The draw will take place within five working days afterwards. The winners will be contacted by direct message or email.

Employees of alwitra GmbH or the Kingspan Group are excluded from the prize draw.

We accept no liability for damage/loss in the post.

A cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

The competition can be cancelled at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.

This promotion is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram or Facebook.

Legal recourse is excluded.

2. data protection

The alwitra privacy policy applies, which can be viewed at Privacy Policy

All personal data that is collected/used/processed is used exclusively for the realisation of the competition.

Scope and purpose of data processing

If you take part in the competition, we process the following data

Public Facebook/Instagram profile information, incl. username

Submitted Facebook/Instagram comment (text and image or video)

We process the personal data of participants in order to organise the competition, including to determine whether you are eligible to participate and to determine and notify the winners. If you do not provide us with the aforementioned data, it is not possible to participate in the competition or to contact you regarding notification of a win. If you have won the prize draw, we will send you a message via Facebook/Instagram or by email asking you to contact us. We need to process the following data in order to send you the prize:

This data is processed exclusively for the purpose of realising the prize of the ‘Advent competition’. If you do not provide us with the aforementioned data, it will not be possible to carry out the competition and the prize will be forfeited without any right to compensation.

Legal basis for data processing

The data processing serves the sole purpose of organising the competition. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the fulfilment of this
obligation is therefore Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data will be treated confidentially at all times and irrevocably deleted no later than 14 days after the end of the ‘Advent competition’.

By participating, the participant agrees that his/her profile name may be published on our social media profiles if he/she wins.

The use and publication can be cancelled at any time. A message to widerspruch@alwitra.de is sufficient for this. In the event of an objection, participation in the competition ends.
